Eye Bath: Give your eyes the bath they deserve.

Eyes should be washed regularly to remove ailments and to improve eyesight. Developing a habit of taking a Naturopathic Eye-Bath every night before sleep will not only remove all the ailments of the eyes but also help you improve your eyesight.

Method:

  1. Fill a large bowl with clean and cold water and place it on a flat surface.
  2. Immerse both eyes in the water.
  3. Open and close your eyes inside the water repeatedly for 1-2 minutes.

Precautions:

  • Always take an eye bath only before going to sleep. Rinsing washes off eyes’ natural lubricative protection. This may cause sunlight and the wind to cause injury to the eyes. It is best to take this treatment only before going to sleep.
  • Taking an Eye-Bath is a really healthy treatment and should be developed as a nightly habit.
  • One must avoid strong sunshine and strong wind just after an eye-bath.
