Mud Bath

Mud bath is very useful in calming down body heat. It is used for treating many chronic skin diseases, including infections and to enhance the overall beauty of the skin. This is also known as the best therapy for beautification.

Materials Required:

  1. Mud
    Mud found in a river bed or the bottom of a pond is very beneficial for a mud bath.
    Otherwise, any sort of smooth soil that does not contain rock fragments will do.
  2. Tub
    To prepare the mud with water, a tub or similar sized utensil is required.

Preparations

Mix the mud with water in the tub to acquire a paste-like consistency

Treatment
